Every vision is a buildup of component specifics that must be addressed in order to give meaning and relevance to the big picture. This is mostly associated with “Divide and Conquer” which is the fourth of the Ten Commandments of Philosophy; it simply stipulates that complex issues can only be appropriately tackled by tackling its component parts.

In other words, when the big picture of a complex vision is broken down into its smaller specifics, and when these specifics are worked on, then the entire blueprint will find expression. Thus the Vision of FLF is multifaceted and therefore finds expression through the following components.

YOUTHS: Are the future thresholds of any society or nation, yet they are the most susceptible and vulnerable to the dangers of this dispensation. They stand a great risk to technological inventions, social media, drugs, violence, etc. all of which pose grave danger to their glorious futures. This is why Father’s Love Forum is so keen and indulgent about the prioritization of the youth populace, scripture says “Remember now your creator in the days of your youth, before the difficult days come, and the years draw near when you say, I have no pleasure in them…(Eccl.12:1)”.

GLORIOUS FUTURE: Scripture says “for I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11)”. The hallmark of Father’s Love Forum is consolidated by the founder’s passion for the glorious future that God has ordained for each youth, and the measures to which these youths can attain and safely appropriate their God ordained future allocations.

TEACHING: Owing to the faulty foundations and negligence on the part of fathers in the upbringing of their children, Father’s Love Forum reserves a prerogative and keenness towards bequeathing to the youths sound knowledge tailored through its powerfully structured and well developed teaching series which are anchored on spiritual principles, moral integrity, societal ethos, personal development practices, relational etiquettes and several other real life lessons that are tenable to the development of a total youth. According to scripture “…the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire. (Lev 1:7)”. FLF teachings are intended to set the hearts of people on fire for God and for their Glorious future.

STUDY: Scripture establishes “and the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out; and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning… (Lev 6:12)”. FLF doesn’t stop at setting the hearts of its members on fire through its teachings, it goes all the way further to ensure that the fire is sustained by burning wood on the altar every morning, and this is achieved through its emphasis on the subject of “Study”.
Again scripture says “this book of the Law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shall meditate on it day and night; for through it thou shall make thy way prosperous, and thou shall have good success (Joshua 1:8)”. With this prerogative to “Study”, Father’s Love Forum makes continuous preparations to the effect that the Founder gives out books to all participants during its general programs; also, the Forum established a well-equipped Library at the Corps member’s lodge and it is open to all and sundry to the effect of encouraging “Studying” as a measure to sustain the fire and further guarantee their glorious future.

APPLICATION: Tentatively, it is often said that “it is one thing to hear or see, but it is entirely a different thing to do or put to practice that which is heard or seen”. Scripture also captures the teachings of our Lord Jesus when he said “therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock…..And everyone that hears these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand… (Matt.7:24-27)”. In view of the above, FLF encourages its membership to obey and apply by putting to practice the teachings that are afforded them through the daily nuggets, weekly epistles, and periodic programs which are geared towards their change of levels.

GOD’S WORD: The precepts, standard, and principles given for our existence in the earth realm are as inscribed in scripture which is God’s Word. Those who have an understanding of technological inventions often ascribe God’s Word as the only valid Manufacturer’s Guide to the believer as well as humanity in relations to the cosmos.
Man is God’s device, and God’s Word contains the set of instructions, directions, and guidelines for the optimal performance of that device. Just as no device can operate outside the set of laid down rules by its manufacturer, man cannot function effectively outside the principles of God’s Word.
This understanding of the significance of God’s Word was what formed the motivation and counsel that Joshua received from God “this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success (Joshua 1:8).
Paul the Apostle in his charge to Timothy is son, did not hold back on the relevance of God’s Word as the truest base of all wisdom that is tenable to eternal life as well as a life of impact here on earth “and that from a child thou hast known the Holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus (2Tim.3:15)”.

Therefore as a forum, we draw all our relevance from the Holy Scriptures, we derive our operational strategies from, and all our teachings, admonitions and trainings are guided within the parameters of God’s Word. Also, our existence is generally enthralled and sustained by the capacity of God’s Word as contained in the following scripture “and now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32)”.

CHANGE OF LEVELS: It is remarked that life is in phases and men are in sizes, every phase of life prepares a man for the next. It is therefore an established fact that development and growth are natural occurrences for every man; that is why in relation to destiny, potential is categorized in different levels and gradients in a ranking order. The bible says “but we all, with open faces beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the spirit of the Lord (2Cor 3:18)”.

Father’s Love Forum recognizes that there is a place for everyone at the top as ordained by God, the forum therefore facilitates and practically orchestrates the evolutionary stages of youths through spiritual, mental, academic, financial, career, material and physical maturation as well as developmental processes which ultimately culminate in their speedy change of levels in life and destiny.
